Who We Are
Our Transaction and Transformation Support team brings deep experience across M&A, integration, and transformation programs in infrastructure, transport, energy, banking, and corporate sectors. We combine technical expertise in engineering, data, and systems with commercial acumen and change management capability. We’ve worked on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, and led major transformation initiatives across diverse industries.
Leads FR2’s M&A and transaction advisory services. Rodrigo brings 20+ years of commercial and project controls experience across major rail and infrastructure programs. He supports transaction teams with commercial risk analysis, cost exposure assessment, contract analysis, and integration planning.
Provides technical and delivery insight into portfolios under review. Felipe brings 20+ years in design, construction, and BIM. He supports due diligence with constructability, staging, and digital engineering assessments, and leads integration planning on technical and systems dimensions.
Supports M&A programs with discovery, data mapping, requirements definition, and integration of customer and operational data. Francisco brings 15+ years in banking and government transformation programs, with expertise in data migration and systems integration.
