What We Do
Delay Event Identification & Documentation
Identify and document delay events that impact project schedules. We analyse project records, correspondence, and schedules to identify delays. We document the nature, timing, duration, and source of each delay event. We establish a clear factual record.
Causation Tracing & Impact Analysis
Trace delay events through project schedules to establish causation. We analyse how delays propagate through the schedule, identify which activities are affected, and determine the impact on critical path and project completion. We establish clear causal links.
Contract Interpretation & Responsibility Determination
Interpret contract terms to determine responsibility for delays. We analyse contract provisions regarding excusable delays, compensable delays, concurrent delays, and force majeure. We determine whether delays are the responsibility of the contractor, client, or third parties.
Concurrent Delay Analysis
Analyse concurrent delays where multiple parties contribute to project delays. We determine whether delays are concurrent, whether they are independent or interdependent, and how responsibility should be allocated. We support complex delay scenarios.
Contractual Entitlements Assessment
Assess contractual entitlements based on delay causation and responsibility. We determine whether delays entitle contractors to extension of time (EOT), cost recovery, or both. We assess liquidated damages exposure and other contractual consequences.
