Baseline Schedule Development

Baseline Establishment & Freezing

Scenario Modelling & Analysis

Acceleration & Recovery Modelling

Model acceleration and recovery strategies to mitigate delays. We evaluate fast-tracking, crashing, and resource reallocation options. We quantify the cost and feasibility of recovery strategies to support decision-making.

Forecasting & Predictive Analysis

Forecast project outcomes based on current progress and assumptions. We develop predictive models to forecast completion dates, identify schedule risks, and support proactive management. We provide early warning of schedule issues.
