Delay Quantification & Impact Modelling
Quantify the impact of delays on project schedules and completion dates. We model delay scenarios, evaluate the effect of individual and cumulative delays, and forecast project outcomes under different assumptions. We develop defensible delay quantification.
Causation & Responsibility Determination
Establish causation and determine responsibility for delays. We analyse delay events, trace their impact through the schedule, and determine whether delays are contractually excusable, compensable, or concurrent. We support commercial negotiations and dispute resolution.
Baseline & As-Built Comparison

We’ve analysed schedules ranging from simple linear programs to complex multi-phase projects, and provided expert analysis in disputes and adjudication proceedings.
