FR2 – InfrastructureSydney Metro City & Southwest is the second stage of the Sydney Metro network, extending the metro from Chatswood under Sydney Harbour through the CBD to Sydenham, and converting the Bankstown line to metro standards.
The Yagoona Station Terminus works address the terminus arrangements at Yagoona on the Bankstown corridor.
Delivery context
Work on this corridor is executed around a live operating railway. Substantive construction happens inside booked possessions and track-work windows, so the program is a sequence of short, immovable access opportunities with restricted work between them — which makes staging and possession strategy the governing constraint rather than a downstream detail.
