Acting as a Senior BA within the Suncorp–ANZ integration program, leading analysis activities to ensure customer data is fit‑for‑purpose for migration and downstream operational use. Responsible for clarifying business problems, facilitating workshops, defining business rules, documenting requirements, mapping processes and data flows, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams across Risk, Technology, Product, and Master Data Management (CMDM).
