Acting as a Senior BA within the Suncorp–ANZ integration program, leading analysis activities to ensure customer data is fit‑for‑purpose for migration and downstream operational use. Responsible for clarifying business problems, facilitating workshops, defining business rules, documenting requirements, mapping processes and data flows, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams across Risk, Technology, Product, and Master Data Management (CMDM). Provides BA leadership, supporting other analysts and contributing to consistent practices across the program.

• Led discovery and requirements workshops with business SMEs to define business rules, validation needs, and migration requirements for customer data.
• Produced analysis deliverables including end‑to‑end data flow maps, current‑ and future‑state process documentation, business rules, and acceptance criteria to support migration readiness.
